Here are a few dates for your diary for forthcoming events.
The Club's Christmas Party is on Saturday 16th December at the Oakford Club. Free of charge for all Judo Memebers and their families, but we do ask for a contribution to the buffet.
Any donations for draw prizes would be greatly appreciated.
The last night of Judo in 2006
will be 15th December.
The first night of Judo in 2007 will be 5th January.
Just to let you know that we have available a good selection of Judo Suits, shin pads and Judo Bags which all make excellent Christmas presents. Please see Verity for details.
PLEASE keep collecting your old stamps, they are very helpful to the judo club as we are only £50 short towards our 2nd Guide Dog.
WBB Boys have won the DEVON LEAGUE!
For the 2nd year in a row! Their win was confirmed when they comprehensively beat their closest rivals Torquay 7-1. The Girls however lost their match 4 - 1. But the result was not a true reflection on the performance as every girl gave their best
efforts and each of their fights were marginal.
We are bringing the Club Championships back and will take place on the 14th of April 2007. Open to all members of W.B.B.
